Suzanne Cooper DO BSc Hons (Osteopathy) BA (Hons) MA

Suzanne qualified as an osteopath in 2008 after a 5-year Bachelor of Science degree from the London School of Osteopathy. Since then, she has undertaken extensive post-graduate training in a wide range of subjects including treatment of migraine and headaches; treating pregnant women, children and babies; osteopathy in the cranial field and treating shoulder & neck problems.  Her approach includes direct and more gentle cranial techniques and is experienced in treating patients of all ages.  

As well as osteopathy and osteopathy in the cranial field, Suzanne is also a Medical Acupuncture practitioner.  She is also registered with the General Osteopathic Council, is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and an Associate Member of the Sutherland Cranial College. Suzanne is registered with BUPA, AVIVA, Vitality, Cigna and most other major insurers. 

Prior to becoming an osteopath, Suzanne worked in cancer awareness training for Marie Curie Cancer Care. She began her career in a large NHS Teaching hospital, managing a urology department. She has also worked in business development and has a good knowledge of work ergonomics having previously been responsible for 'training the trainers' in manual handling for a major UK health charity. She became an osteopath after suffering back and hip pain herself.
